Very good food. Service was excellent. One of the best places to eat in the Eastern Texas panhandle.
BBQ is fantastic. Brisket and ribs are a must try
Steaks cooked just right!
Best customer service I've ever gotten from the kitchen Mgr there at Dyer's
Ordered a chopped brisket sandwich with slaw on top of meat, added an order of their special onion rings, and their sweet lemonade. Dyers sent along sides of raw onion and pickles. Had to pick it up because of covid shutdown. I forgot to ask for sauce but it was so good without the sauce that I didn't miss it. No one does BBQ like Dyers.
I'm a truck driver and will go way out of the way to get to this spot!
Best ribs in the area, nobody can make onion rings like Dyers!
I love the Prime Rib . I have had great food and service every time that I have been there.
Good food. Nice atmosphere. Quiet dining
The food was okay. It has been better. I didn't like eating with flies. The onion rings were great.
Food was very tender and tasty. Serve was good. Place was very nice and clean.
Great BBQ! Love the owners and the workers are always friendly.
The fried pickles are amazing- hand battered and fried. The atmosphere and service was great!
Surprisingly good, The place looks abandoned from the road, but inside is nice. Glad I stopped. Jalepeno Sausage was the BEST!
They have great food, no vegetable options. Onion rings and chicken fried steak are awesome!
Such a hit and miss on this place either get a good staff or you get good food or you get bad staff or bad food
First time here and was unsure, but told food was good. Within 15 minutes, every table was full and there was a line waiting. Food was plentiful and outstanding. Server was attentive and met our needs with excellent service with a smile.
The food didn't live up to the hype, the brisket was dry and the ribs were tough. The onion rings were delicious and the service was excellent.
Oh, what a nice giant restaurant. This place can handle a big crowd and the food is authentic Bar-B-Que. Extremely good food and lots of parking that's right off the highway.
Excellent place to eat if you like bbq
Everybody in the Texas Panhandle seems to love Dyers and has branded it as the best in Texas. When I first moved to Texas about 14 years ago, Dyers was the first place I tried and was amazed as the quality was good, very larger portions of slow smoked brisket and ribs that melt in your mouth. As the years went by, the quality diminished, portion sizes decreased and the last rib order was so dry that I could have used them as tanned hides to make a pair of shoes. The brisket also tasted like a dry piece of leather, absolutely awful. Though I don't know their recipe secrets, I think parboiling may be done to decrease smoker time, a huge no no on good ribs. Anyway, I hadn't ate there for about 2 years and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, there are far better BBQ ribs out there, go for the Rib Crib in Amarillo or Chili's ribs, far far better.
Brisket was tender and potato salad was great. The Lite plate was just enough.
Great food. And good service.
Amazing food and staff, first time eating here and will for sure go back
Another great meal.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was okay except the onion rings, they were amazing. The biggest problem was the dead flies sitting (many of them) on the window frame eye level to us.
Got the rip plate. Coleslaw and potato salad is really good, onion rings were perfect. Ribs were tender. Very good experience.
Dyer's has good food. The BBQ was good. The onion rings and the apricot jam on is the best.
Nice people, nice waitress, food was ok.
The waitress was friendly. The service was good and the food was really good. I had the rib plate there onion rings are awesome.
Over an hour for our food to be served and many that arrived after we did ordered, ate and left!
The pork is tender. Great slaw.
The homemade chicken strips are to die for the breading is awesome and the meat is mouth-watering juicy . Burgers are seasoned very well very juicy very satisfying enjoyed the charred edges of the burger as well .onion rings are super delicious Mouth watering food.... the ranch dressing is one of a kind hands down the best ever Hope to be back soon we are a family of 7 passing through in a road trip very satisfying place to visit canoe portions are perfect staff is super friendly and hospitable Droid every second of our break from our road trip. Spread the word let's put this place on the map definitely !!!!! THANK YOU FROM THE MINNESOTA GARZA FAMILY💜💙
I played hookie and got to go eat w my Mamaw Pawpa from Skellytown, I wish i had 2 tummies and a table in the kitchen.
Great food. Good service. Friendly. Love that they have half plates.
Excellent service even with the seminar 👍😁😁🙌
Never disappoints! The all you can eat fish was delicious. The service was equally as good! Great evening, thank you#
The menu is very limited, and the barbecue sauce is only so-so. I also would have liked dinner rolls or texas toast or something to go with the meal, which they didn't have.EDIT: I have been a few more times since this review, and while the menu is still relatively limited I have to revise my opinion and rating to say that it's not much more limited than other barbecue places and what they do have (including the sauce) does taste pretty good.
Friendly waitress. Family style. Good Brisket! I will be back!
Probably the best bbq in town. This would of had 5 stars but the shredded beef was greasy and I didnt eat it. Ribs and polish sausage was delicious. Fried pickles were way good hand breaded to order in a crispy beer batter. Still one of the best bbq places around. Next till I will try the pork.
Just reopening and menus is limited service was great but cant order what you want
Service was excellent, food was delicious, atmosphere was nice without tvs blaring.
Barbecue sauce is the bomb! Enjoy the atmosphere and friendly staff, if anything savor the flavors! I want to say it’s pricey -but- I always have leftovers and they are the best so far! I have not had a bad visit since I’ve moved to Pampa and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you!
DELICIOUS AND GREAT PEOPLE
We ate here the other day and I was not impressed, the food was over priced. Over two bucks for fries. The serving size was smaller than your average baked potato. Some rethinking on pricing is definitely warranted.
Great service. Menu doesn't have enough veggie options. The fresh apricot spread is amazing! Used it in my smoothie for breakfast the next morning.
Good barbecue. Pork ribs are their specialty but all the meats are good. The stars of every plate are the onion rings with the apricot preserves to go on your Texas Toast. Prices are moderate and there are light plates and Senior specials.
Good bar-b-que good prices!
Was super good love the fried green tomatoes
Great food, great service
